The only downside is that it gives everything to you in PDF format, when Word format would be easier to work with for Wordpress HTML or when submitting to a news source. And this is especially a large pain point when I'm trying to get at least 30 pieces of content out per week with news articles and multiple blogs. This literally saves me so much time from filling that portion in myself. So, while written form writers explain how to use a product really well, it's hard for people to follow along without images and step-by-step instructions. Most content sites (I use Content Writers right now) who actually farm out written content can't provide the images and instructional "how-to" images really well.
